About
As a Board Certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I believe in a holistic approach to treating mental illness that combines natural remedies, medications, and supportive psychotherapy to treat the whole person. I provide routine and specialized outpatient psychiatric services to patients residing in the Long Island and surrounding areas via online telepsychiatry video platforms.
While I treat children, adolescents, and adults, it has always been my passion to work with younger individuals with mental health difficulties, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, childhood mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and insomnia. I therefore subspecialized in child and adolescent mental health while earning my nursing and advanced psychiatric nursing degrees at Columbia University, and received extensive additional training in treating this age group. I earned my bachelor’s degree at Yeshiva University.
